Tools/Parts Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Tools/Parts Clerk to manage the tracking, issuing, and organization of company tools and parts. This role is critical in ensuring our workshop remains well-stocked, efficient, and compliant with internal procedures.

Prior experience in a stores/inventory or workshop environment is an asset

Proficient with Fleetio and Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Good communication and reporting skills

Record all tools and parts received and issued using Fleetio and Google Sheets

Monitor wear and tear, breakages, and submit weekly reports to the supervisor

Mark all company assets for tracking and accountability

Maintain accurate stock levels and request replacements through the proper company channels

Ensure the workshop has adequate tools and supplies to perform all tasks

Maintain a clean and organized store area

Follow company guidelines and deadlines related to inventory and supply reporting

Make informed recommendations for improvements in tools/supplies usage and inventory control

Maximize the positive use of tools and parts to avoid misuse or losses.
