Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the distribution industry.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative marketing solutions.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales for the distribution company.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales strategies to support business objectives.
Manage and oversee the company's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive team success.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve marketing efforts continuously.
