Description

Role: The Customer Service Attendant sells the company's products on the forecourt; primarily gasoline, diesel and kerosene at the dispensation pumps and engages in handling cash and issuing receipt to customers.

Working Hours: Forty (40) hours per week on eight (8) hours Shift.

Requirements

  • Post primary education

  • Ability to observe meter readings and other data

  • Responsibility and accuracy in handling cash resources

  • Safety awareness of self and others

  • Courtesy to customers and team members

  • Ability to work shift system

Responsibilities

  • Sells gasoline, kerosene and diesel and other products to customers

  • Ensures that the company procedure for dispensing fuel is adhered to

  • Ensures safety protocols for work area are observed

  • Observes flowmeter and pressure gauge to ensure that pump and equipment are in working condition

  • Dips fuel tanks with security personal to measure fuel daily at end of shift

  • Drive company's business goals through informing customers of company promotions

  • Addresses customers queries

  • Empties and re-stocks cooking gas

  • Retrieve and issue bills for customers as requested
