· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (a plus in the automotive industry).
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Greet and assist customers, providing product information and answering inquiries.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.
· Process sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
· Handle phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate staff.
· Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.
· Manage inventory levels and update product listings.
· Support promotional activities and special events as needed.
· Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
· Any other duties required by Management.
