Responsible for increasing revenue by selling the Club product to corporate clients and onboarding of new partners to the Club programme within the airline’s network. The successful candidate will research and engage potential customers and partners whilst meeting pre-determined targets that contribute to the company's profitability. In addition, the incumbent will also be responsible for supporting the growth of the Miles membership through participating in events and other initiatives.
Required Education and Experience:
Five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary Level passes including English and Math with (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
The incumbent will demonstrate excellent customer service and strong problem-solving, time management and organisational skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
2 -3years’ experience in B2B Sales
Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Club Sales: Ensures that sales targets are met to increase programme membership and achieve profitability
Club Partner Onboarding: Ensures that new partners are added to the Club programme to enhance the customer value proposition
Miles Enrolments: participates in initiatives to obtain new members.
Inflight Entertainment Sales: Supports achievement of sales targets for sale of ads on Inflight Entertainment System.
Functional Responsibilities:
Researches and compiles list of potential customers and partners
Contacts customers/clients via phone, email, site visits, or other locations such as road shows and networking events to solicit interest and communicate proposal
Redirects Corporate Club clients to the Loyalty team to process enrolment
Maintains detailed tracking log of customers/clients approached
Respond to email/phone queries from internal and external customers within 48 hours
Participates at Miles enrolment drives to solicit new members
Supports with the enrolment of Miles members on loyalty system
Participates by lending support to Marketing events
Ensures branding is installed at partner locations
