Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to work with both the construction team and the maintenance team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the store.
Minimum 5 CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English A.
At least 5 years related job experience.
Must be organized and punctual.
Prior experience in the construction industry would be an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Add all items to Inventory.
Assign asset numbers and label to all tools and equipment.
Manage and monitor all items in stock.
Make requests for restocking depleted consumables.
Issue, receive and record all incoming and outgoing items.
Report damaged, worn or misplaced items.
Record and submit daily attendance for all staff.
And any other necessary related tasks.
