Seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our growing IT team as an Entry-Level System Support Specialist. In this role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our network and systems, providing exceptional support to internal users. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. From early on, you’ll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility.   • Minimum of one year of technical support experience or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software including operating systems, common applications, and basic networking concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot issues and explain technical concepts to users of all levels.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications in IT-related fields such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.

  • Experience with specific technologies relevant to our industry.

  • Strong documentation and writing skills.



  • Provide first-line technical support to internal clients, resolving hardware and software issues, managing user inquiries, and escalating complex challenges.

  • Maintain system health and performance through proactive monitoring, identifying and troubleshooting potential problems, and implementing solutions to optimize performance.

  • Configure and deploy new equipment and software following established procedures, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.

  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies through continuous learning and professional development activities.
