Manufacturing Operations Manager - Oil and Gas Services and Additive Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our operations in Guyana for our machine shop specializing in oil and gas services and additive manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing diverse teams, driving business growth, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence in the oil and gas industry. Knowledge of ISO, API, and related certifications is essential for ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

·         Proven experience in a senior management role within the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of machine shop operations and additive manufacturing.

·         In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices, including ISO and API certifications.

  Demonstrated track record of successfully growing business revenue and expanding market share.

·         Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

·         Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
