Description

Responsible for all of the business operations of a dining establishment. Duties include managing employees, as well as overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and other restaurant equipment. Managers are also responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and food safety regulations. Must be able to work as a bartender.

Requirements

Must have Maths & English

Must be able to use Point of Sale

Must be able to use Microsoft Office

Must be courteous

Spanish would be a plus

 

Responsibilities

Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service. 

Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation

Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines

Maintain food and drink inventory

Prepare weekly schedules

Supervise and assist staff

Work as a morning bartender

Must be able to work flexible hours

Must be a team player
