Description
As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be a part of the Sales & Marketing dept. Under the supervision of a Manager.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Work during additional days or hours may be required for events. This will be communicated to you in advance.
Requirements
Atleast 3 years CSR experience (Call target, Team Handling, Retention and Financial Strategies, Grievance Handling, Presentation Skill, Inbound & Outbound calling)
Computer literate & proficient in MS office suite.
Diploma in Marketing.
Police Clearance & Experience letter required.
Responsibilities
EA Represents the first point of contact with students and handles all stages till it turns out to be a payment.
It involves filtering out the prospect using an effective elimination method, collecting documents for admission.
Generating Eligibility letter through admissions team. Getting the remittance copy of the initial payment from the student and converting a lead into contact.
Communicating with Leads on Time and should know how to prioritize the contacts assigned to them.
