Responsibility for maintaining company internal software systems and resolving user queries.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 CSEC subjects, inclusive of Mathematics, English Language and Accounts
Good verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions
A minimum of 2 years work experience in either Finance or IT
Valid police clearance and two professional references.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support: Providing assistance and support to end users of the company's software systems.
Data Analysis: Extracting and organizing system data for analysis.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the company's system processes.
