Description

We are currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer to manage the effective internal operations of the company.

Requirements

·        A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration OR Management

·        Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.

·        Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a hospitality business, preferably within the hotel sector.

·        Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability and exceptional leadership abilities.

·        Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and objectives clearly and concisely.

·        Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.

·        Solid understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis and ability to interpret financial data.

·        Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to hotel operations, safety, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

·        Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization, aligning business objectives with the company's mission and values.

·        Oversee all aspects of operations, including guest services, sales and marketing, human resources, finance, and administration.

·        Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

·        Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and industry trends to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

·        Lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

·        Cultivate a positive work culture and foster employee engagement, professional development, and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

·        Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, suppliers, investors, and industry partners.

·        Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive activities, and adapt business strategies accordingly.

·        Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and community engagements to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

·        Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and ethical business practices.
