Job Summary:

The Sports Ambassadors will act as a representative of the brand and its platforms within the sports community by promoting brand awareness. The Ambassador will be focused on player acquisition and retention play by attracting new players, keeping existing ones engaged, fostering positive relationships between the brand and its customers to ensure success and growth of the sports betting platform.

Education and Work Experience:

  • An Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field from a recognized academic institution and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar role in the gaming, hospitality or entertainment industry.

  • In lieu of formal qualifications, a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role in the gaming, hospitality or entertainment industry.

  • Certificate in Computer Applications, including Microsoft Office Suite would be an asset.

  • Formal Customer Service training would be an asset.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Player Acquisition & Retention: engaging potential players to sign-up by discussing the sign-up and on-going promotions.

  • Signing up 100 players per week.

  • Player retention rate of 90%.

  • Building relationships: interact with athletes, coaches, and other influential figures within the sports industry to promote the brand and foster partnerships.

  • Promotional activities: Participate in promotional events, such as charity functions, sports tournaments, or fan meet-ups, to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Content creation: Create content for social media, blogs, or other platforms to showcase the brand's involvement in the sports world and to connect with fans.

  • Player engagement: Interacting with players through various channels such as social media, email, or live chat to address queries, aid, and foster a sense of community.

  • Feedback collection: Gathering feedback from players regarding their experiences with the platform, including suggestions for improvement.

  • Serve as the face of the brand, embodying its values and promoting responsible gambling practices.
