The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) unit including hiring and interviewing, benefits and leave administration, and enforcing company policies and culture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
