The incumbent is responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This includes leading a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other stakeholders, and leveraging expertise to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and overall business growth
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related disciplines; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in marketing with at least three (3) years proven experience in strategic marketing and leadership
Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications will be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support growth and aligning with sustainability goals and values.
Create and manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for product lines.
Analyze marketing performance metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Plan and execute content marketing campaigns and seek opportunities to embed the company’s sustainability commitments.
Oversee website and social media platforms.
Manage offline and online media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Provide guidance and support for the execution of Public Relations Initiatives.
Ensure compliance with marketing regulations, standards and policies.
Stay informed about marketing innovations and evaluate new tools and platforms that can enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
