The Sales Support / Business Support Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supporting both the sales and business support teams. The incumbent will ensure the smooth operation of the departments by providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to staff. This role will also play a key part in driving sales growth and achieving departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business support leadership role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Experience with sales forecasting and reporting is a plus
Coach, train, and mentor sales and business support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Oversee daily operations and workflow for both departments
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and departmental targets
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and business support activities
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development
