We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our internal operations.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or a related role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suited (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch is a plus.
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Screen phone calls, emails and direct inquiries appropriately; maintain polite and professional communication.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Maintain filing systems and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
Create, maintain and enter information into databases with high accuracy.
Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person.
Assist with member inquiries, providing information and resources related to SGCC services and events.
Support project management activities, ensuring seamless communication and logistics.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support specific departmental and executive needs.
