Description

Demerara Distillers Limited & Subsidiaries (DDL) is seeking applications from interested persons with the requisite qualifications and experience for the position of Pre-Seller.        

Requirements

  • Five (5) CSEC passes, inclusive of Mathematics and English Language.

  • Atleast three years’ experience in pre-sales or marketing.

  • The successful applicant must possess a motor vehicle, preferably in their name.   

  • Strong interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours. 

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets, restaurants, and supermarkets to promote and secure pre-orders for DDL produced beverages and imported brands, ensuring sales targets are met.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their inventory needs, and provide recommendations to increase sales and brand visibility.

  • Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and assess competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improved sales strategies.

  • Ensure products are well stocked, properly displayed, and promoted according to company strategy, coordinating with the marketing team for special promotions and events.
