The Human Resources Assistant supports HR operations by handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, coordinating onboarding, managing payroll-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Must be proficient Microsoft Office Suites.

Main duties and responsibilities
Screen applications and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
Prepare interview documents and assist during hiring processes.
Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical).
Ensure records are accurate and confidential.
Track attendance, leave, and personal information.
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
Organize orientation sessions for new employees.
Collect and file new hire documentation.
Provide payroll with necessary employee data.
Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Help resolve basic payroll or benefits issues.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department.
