Ice Cream Scooper/ Crew Member

The position of the Ice Cream Scooper requires friendliness and a high energy level. Scoopers should be team players, who are mature, willing to go above and beyond for both the customer and the team, and are constantly taking initiative and striving to achieve to the best of their abilities

• High school education or equivalent preferred.

• Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Customer Service

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist customers with product selections and answer questions about menu offerings.

Product Preparation

• Prepare and serve all ice cream products and menu items according to company standards.

Point-of-Sale Operations

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of customer service areas, preparation stations, equipment, and storage areas.

Inventory and Restocking

• Restock products, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies as needed.

Opening and Closing Procedures

• Follow all opening and closing procedures according to company standards.

• Prepare workstations for daily operations.

• Complete end-of-day cleaning, cash reconciliation, and shutdown procedures.
