High school education or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers with product selections and answer questions about menu offerings.
Prepare and serve all ice cream products and menu items according to company standards.
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of customer service areas, preparation stations, equipment, and storage areas.
Restock products, ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies as needed.
Follow all opening and closing procedures according to company standards.
Prepare workstations for daily operations.
Complete end-of-day cleaning, cash reconciliation, and shutdown procedures.
