The Camp Administrative Coordinator is responsible for working along in a team effort with the Administration Manager and Administrative Department in the daily operations with the responsibilities of coordinating administrative tasks and supervision of ancillary staff to achieve the company goals outlined at its mine site. This role is responsible for the daily operations of the camp, including facilities management, meal planning, housekeeping, safety, and community relations. The administrative coordinator ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and delivers excellent service to all camp residents.
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or Management.
At least 3 years of experience in this position or a similar role.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office Suites.
Good command in preparing business reports.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of HSE policies and best practices.
Ability to work in remote, potentially challenging environments.
Provide administrative support to the administrative manager in completing assigned tasks.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the administrative manager
Supervision of Ancillary employees at ensuring all tasks are carried out in a assigned period
Coordination of administrative operations, supervising cleaning/ kitchen staff, supervising ground/ water transportation
Excellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
Coordinate logistical support for Camp activities, events etc.
Maintain accurate records for all camp operations, including occupancy, maintenance logs, inventory, and incident reports.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Site Operations or Administrative Manager.
Act as the main point of contact for camp residents, addressing concerns or complaints and promoting a healthy camp culture.
