Requirements
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
• Experience or exposure to networking and CCTV systems
• Previous internship or entry-level IT support experience
Responsibilities
• Understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
