The Operations Marketing Manager (Sales) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that directly support vehicle sales performance. This role ensures alignment between marketing campaigns and sales operations, manages lead generation systems, monitors inventory marketing, and drives brand visibility to increase showroom traffic and online inquiries.
The position bridges marketing strategy with day-to-day dealership operations to maximize revenue and customer engagement.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or retail sales.
· Experience managing digital campaigns and sales-driven marketing strategies.
· Strong understanding of automotive sales processes.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
· Analytical skills to interpret sales data and marketing performance metrics.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase vehicle sales and expanding market reach.
· Align marketing activities with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Quick Report to higher management for approval.
· Must be active and creative.
· Plan promotional campaigns for new arrivals, clearance sales, and special offers.
· Ensure all vehicles are professionally marketed across digital platforms (website, social media, classifieds).
· Coordinate photography, pricing visibility, and accurate vehicle descriptions.
· Monitor aging inventory and develop promotional strategies to move slow-selling units.
· Manage digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, local promotions).
· Track leads from inquiry to sale
· Work closely with the sales team to improve response time and follow-up processes.
· Provide weekly/monthly sales and marketing performance reports to management.
· Manage customer engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and after-sales campaigns.
· Coordinate with Sales Managers and Operations to ensure campaign readiness.
