Are you a bilingual professional or a university graduate with a passion for languages? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Chinese-English Translator to join our team for a full-time position, providing high-quality language support.

Working hours will follow a standard full-time schedule. Work will primarily be conducted on-site (or in a mutually agreed hybrid format), ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of translation services.

Requirements

  • Previous full-time experience in document translation or consecutive interpretation.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific terminology (e.g., business, technical, or legal).

Responsibilities

  • University graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

  • Strong academic or professional background, particularly in translation, linguistics, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, full-time environment

  • Translate a variety of documents (e.g., emails, reports, proposals) accurately between Chinese and English.

  • Provide interpretation during meetings, negotiations, or daily communications as required.

  • Review and proofread translated materials to ensure grammatical correctness, fluency, and appropriate tone.

  • Maintain cultural sensitivity and ensure the original meaning is perfectly conveyed in the target language.

  • Communicate promptly with the team regarding project progress and any clarifications needed.
