Description
Responsible for operating company trucks to transport goods, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently between sites and designated locations.
Requirements
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Valid driver’s licence for the appropriate class of vehicle.
At least 1–2 years’ experience driving commercial/light trucks.
Knowledge of road safety and defensive driving practices.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading/unloading.
Good communication and punctuality.
Responsibilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate Canter trucks in compliance with traffic laws and company safety regulations.
Transport materials, supplies, and equipment to and from worksites as directed.
Ensure loads are properly secured and delivered on time.
Perform routine vehicle checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
Complete delivery logs and submit required documentation.
Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.
Follow instructions from supervisors and coordinate with site staff for deliveries.
