Description

We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales Operation. Must have the ability to develop sales strategies. Build and manage the sales team and drive revenue across our product categories.

Monday-Friday 8am -4:30pm

Saturday 8am-2pm

Overtime available.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in sales with 2 of them being in a supervisor position and above.

Design oriented; a know how of putting patterns and colors together. Attention to detail.

Adaptive, Efficient and Effective. Meet deadlines. Be accountable.

Willingness to learn both designing and technical information.

Ability to learn the technical information of products at a fast rate.

Customer oriented

Great personality and patience

Driver license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Sales to all types of customers.

Homeowners, architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and wholesalers.

Creating sales strategies for sales staff

Sales Operations are up to date.

Products are displayed properly and well stocked

Making reports on sales feedback

Assist customer in calculations

Ability to upsell and introduce services to customer

Visit clients & construction sites. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Follow through with clients from the beginning of the process to final installation.
