We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven Sales Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a sales team. The successful candidate will help ensure that sales processes run efficiently by maintaining accurate customer and sales records, managing data, supporting reporting activities, coordinating leads, and assisting with administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other business systems. They should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable information.
Previous experience in sales operations, sales administration, business administration, customer service, or a similar role is an asset.
Experience using CRM platforms and maintaining customer or sales databases.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or similar business tools.
A stable internet connection and suitable equipment for remote work.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8 hours per day and 5 days per week.
Scheduled days off are Saturday and Sunday.
CRM & Data Management
Enter, update, and maintain accurate CRM records for leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Regularly review and audit CRM data to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Identify and remove duplicate records and correct data errors.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline stages and ensure opportunities are properly updated.
Reporting & Sales Support
Prepare regular sales reports covering pipeline activity, conversion rates, sales activities, and forecasts.
Maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales performance.
Identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential risks within sales data and bring them to management's attention.
Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks and documentation.
Lead & Deal Support
Receive, organize, and assign new leads to the appropriate sales representative.
Track lead activity and follow up on outstanding actions as required.
Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales materials.
Ensure pricing, terms, and supporting information are accurate and properly approved.
Monitor deal progress and maintain complete and up-to-date records.
Process & Team Coordination
Process completed sales and coordinate handoffs to relevant internal teams.
Schedule sales meetings and assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and documentation.
Record meeting outcomes, action items, and next steps.
Maintain and update sales process documentation, templates, and internal resources.
Support sales campaigns and initiatives through list building, activity tracking, and administrative coordination.
Coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and other relevant teams.
