Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist in Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Manage and update social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engage with our audience.
Monitor social media trends and provide insights for optimizing our online presence.
Content Creation:
Assist in the creation of engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and product descriptions.
Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Analyze consumer behavior to contribute to the development of targeted marketing strategies.
Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches.
Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and on-site activities.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide first-level technical support to employees across retail stores, offices, and warehouse operations.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, network, printer, and connectivity issues.
POS & Retail System Support:
Provide technical assistance for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including troubleshooting login, transaction, printer, scanner, and connectivity issues.
Assist store employees with the proper use of POS equipment and other retail technology.
Monitor recurring POS issues and document solutions to minimize disruptions to store operations.
Hardware & Equipment Management:
Assist with the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash registers, and other IT equipment.
Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and ensure company assets are properly assigned and accounted for.
Coordinate the repair, replacement, or servicing of faulty IT equipment.
User Account & System Support:
Assist employees with user account setup, password resets, system access, and basic software-related concerns.
Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees by coordinating the setup, modification, and removal of system access and assigned IT equipment.
Ensure employees have the necessary technology and system access to perform their duties effectively.
Network & Store Connectivity Support:
Assist in troubleshooting internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, network, and other communication issues affecting retail stores, offices, and warehouse operations.
Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when technical issues require additional support.
Monitor and report recurring connectivity problems that may affect business operations.
IT Documentation & Preventive Maintenance:
Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, repairs, equipment assignments, and system-related issues.
Conduct routine checks of IT equipment and store technology to identify potential issues before they disrupt operations.
Assist in implementing basic IT security practices, including password management, device security, and responsible use of company systems.
IT Training & User Assistance:
Provide basic training and guidance to employees on POS systems, software applications, and company-approved IT tools.
Prepare simple user guides and troubleshooting instructions for common technical issues.
Promote proper use and care of company IT equipment among employees.
