Web & Digital Production Specialist - Remote

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web & Digital Production Specialist with strong experience in UI/UX design, Figma, WordPress, and Shopify.

The ideal candidate should be able to support website projects from design and development through QA, launch, and ongoing maintenance, while also assisting with creative and digital production tasks.

• 2+ year experience in related field

• Strong UI/UX design skills.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.

• Strong understanding of responsive/mobile-first web design.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

• Ability to receive feedback and implement revisions accurately.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

• Basic understanding of SEO and website best practices.

• E-commerce and conversion optimization knowledge.

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

• Digital marketing or content production experience.

• Experience with project management or CRM platforms.

• Design responsive website layouts and user experiences using Figma.

• Develop and modify websites using WordPress and Shopify.

• Create and update pages, navigation, forms, product pages, and other website elements.

• Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

• Support Shopify e-commerce functionality and product management.

• Format and optimize website content, images, blogs, and digital assets.

• Perform website testing and quality assurance before and after launch.

• Check links, forms, buttons, navigation, functionality, and responsive layouts.

• Compare developed websites against approved designs and identify inconsistencies.

• Identify and resolve design, UX, functionality, and content issues.

• Assist with graphic design, presentations, social media graphics, and other digital content as needed.

• Assist with project coordination, task tracking, documentation, and meeting materials.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
