Provides accounting, payroll, inventory, and store administration support under the guidance of the Senior Administrative Executive. Ensures financial accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and operational efficiency in finance and inventory processes.
Education:
At least five (5) subjects CXC, inclusive of Grades 1 to 2 in Mathematics and English.
Associate Degree or Diploma in similar fields will be an asset.
Competency in MS Office & databases.
Experience: At least one (1) year experience in similar position.

Balance daily sales and registers; update daily sales listing, prepare reports and related cash handling SOPs.
Manage deposits, floats, vouchers, and all payments (including staff salaries).
Maintain and reconcile payables & receivables ledgers.
Set up new supplier accounts.
Inventory
Coordinate and track all shipments, prepare check‑off sheets, transfers
Process all purchase orders and ensure shipments are accurately entered into the system.
Review negative inventory, schedule and conduct stock counts; investigate discrepancies, archive items
Prepare supplier claims, verify and process damages/donation write‑offs
Administration & Operations
Support store supervisors with cashier duties if required.
Manage contracts and renewals (vehicle, company documents, licenses, taxes).
Print and Code gift vouchers
Conduct bond inspections
Manage wholesale and online orders, prepare quotations.
Manage store supplies, and external bond storage.
Report store issues to mall management and technical system issues.
Any other task assigned from time to time in all functions of the Administrative Department
