As a Travel Advisor at Phase IV Travel, you will assist clients in planning and booking business and leisure travel while delivering exceptional customer service. You will provide expert travel advice, prepare quotations, issue reservations, manage travel documentation, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating seamless travel experiences while working in a fast-paced environment.
Diploma, Certificate, or Associate Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
Previous experience in a travel agency, airline, hospitality, tourism, or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), particularly Sabre, is an advantage. Training may be provided to the successful candidate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using web-based applications.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new systems, products, and destinations.
Sales experience and the ability to identify opportunities to upsell travel products and services will be considered an asset.
Assist clients with domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare travel quotations and process reservations.
Issue airline tickets, hotel bookings, tours, and ground transportation.
Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide destination information, travel requirements, and itinerary support.
Maintain accurate booking and client records.
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
Contribute to achieving individual and company sales targets.
