The IT Specialist provides day-to-day technical support to employees, ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems operate efficiently. This role focuses on first-level troubleshooting and routine support the installation and maintenance of networks and CCTV systems IT tasks.
IT certificate, diploma, or equivalent training.
1–2+ years in technical support (preferred).
Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting.
Ability to install software and configure devices.
Strong customer service and communication.
Willingness to learn and follow IT procedures.
Experience or exposure to networking and CCTV systems
Previous internship or entry-level IT support experience
Provide first-level helpdesk support to employees.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure computers, printers, and approved software.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access issues.
Maintain IT equipment logs and inventory records.
Escalate complex problems to the Senior IT Specialist.
