Description

The Underwriting Customer Service Representative will assist with preparing quotations, updating customer information, preparing policy documents, and providing general customer service and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Good attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Mature, responsible, professional, and willing to learn.

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience would be an asset.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing quotations for customers.

  • Enter and update customer information accurately in the system.

  • Prepare policies, certificates, and other relevant documents.

  • Maintain organized customer ecords.

  • Assist with policy renewals and customer enquiries.

  • Provide general administrative support to the underwriting team.

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service.

  • Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements.
