Operations Sales Supervisor

The Operations Sales Supervisor plays a key dual supervisory role combining frontline operational oversight and proactive sales generation for JSB Investments Inc. Group of Companies. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, the position is directly responsible for managing and supervising Rinser line operations, assisting the Operations Supervisor with site management and workforce coordination, and assisting in planning, managing, and coordinating ongoing operational and client projects. Simultaneously, the role actively drives sales by bringing in new client leads, following up on commercial opportunities, securing orders, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The position requires a hands-on field presence, operational discipline, commercial initiative, and safety enforcement across all JSB sites.

• Diplomas, technical certificates, or equivalent practical experience in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of demonstrated experience in operational supervision, machinery line oversight (Rinser line experience preferred), and direct commercial sales.

• Proven ability to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.

• Demonstrated competence in assisting with operational planning, project coordination, resource allocation, and field workforce supervision.

• Strong understanding of machinery operations, equipment maintenance coordination, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance.

• Good communication, problem-solving, numerical, and operational reporting skills.

• Computer literacy sufficient for submitting daily operational and sales reports, managing logs, and using approved company systems.

• Willingness and ability to travel and operate across JSB sites and work flexible hours based on operational and client needs.

A. RINSER OPERATIONS AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

• Directly supervise and manage day-to-day Rinser machine operations to maintain optimal production throughput, efficiency, and product quality.

• Assign work tasks to Rinser operators and line personnel, setting clear work expectations, production targets, and safety requirements.

• Monitor machine operating hours, equipment performance, and operational downtime; identify and resolve production line bottlenecks promptly.

• Coordinate routine equipment maintenance, servicing, and defect reporting with Mechanical personnel to minimize operational breakdown.

• Enforce strict quality control standards.

B. ASSISTING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR & FIELD COORDINATION

• Assist the Operations Supervisor in daily operational planning, workforce deployment, and site coordination across JSB operational sites.

• Conduct routine shift briefings with field staff, drivers, and operators regarding daily work assignments, safety expectations, and schedules.

• Supervise assigned operational employees, enforcing workforce discipline, punctuality, and compliance with company policies and instructions.

• Assist with fuel coordination and control, tracking machine hours, fuel consumption, trucking, and equipment rental deployment.

• Serve as acting supervisor or field lead across JSB operational sites during the Operations Supervisor's absence or as assigned.

C. PROJECT PLANNING, MANAGEMENT, AND COORDINATION

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, managing, and execution of assigned operational, construction, or client projects.

• Perform direct site supervision for ongoing projects when assigned by the Operations Supervisor.

• Coordinate drivers, operators, transport, materials, and equipment required to execute planned project milestones on schedule.

• Track project progress, identify delays or resource constraints early, and implement corrective operational measures.

• Maintain factual progress logs and provide regular project updates to the Operations Supervisor and Management.

D. SALES GENERATION AND PIPELINE MANAGEMENT

• Proactively identify, target, and bring in new sales leads and commercial business opportunities for JSB products and services.

• Drive sales growth through proactive client outreach, prompt quotation follow-ups, and active relationship building with existing and prospective clients.

• Coordinate with Sales Clerks, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts to ensure accurate quotation details, product availability, and seamless order fulfillment.

• Review customer requirements against operational capacity to recommend optimal product solutions without making unauthorized commitments regarding price, credit, or delivery.

E. HSE AND OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE

• Ensure assigned Rinser, field, and sales coordination work is conducted in strict compliance with JSB HSE requirements and site rules.

• Verify that assigned personnel use required PPE at all times and immediately correct or escalate unsafe acts and conditions.

• Support safety toolbox talks, site inspections, incident reporting, and execution of assigned corrective actions.

• Stop or escalate work immediately if an unmanaged safety hazard is identified within the authority of the position.

F. REPORTING AND ASSET COORDINATION

• Maintain accurate operational records, submitting daily and weekly updates to the Operations Supervisor and Management.

• Track Rinser utilization, equipment downtime, and project milestones in approved company trackers.

• Provide factual observations and actionable recommendations to Management to eliminate operational constraints or sales barriers.
