Five (5) subjects at CXC/CSEC inclusive of English Language, Mathematics and Principles of Accounts
Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be trained on inventory software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and time consciousness
Prepare letters, reports, and memoranda for distribution
Receive, store and issue equipment, materials and merchandise
Prepare stock requisitions, requests for quotations and purchase orders
Accurately records stock moments in the storeroom ledger
Review and print inventory stock sheets if there are no queries
Verify entries against orders and note discrepancies
Prepare and print bills as required
