Description

Fleet/Mobility Consultant
• Provide consultations with customers on the company's fleet, ancillary products and services and enhances customer experience by providing expert recommendations. The company strives to meet the customers' needs and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Management or related field inclusive of three (3) CXC passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
• Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales.
• Must have excellent computer navigation skills and experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to identify basic challenges with vehicle(s).
• HSSE knowledge and Safe Systems of Works would be an asset.
• Possession of a valid driving permit with a minimum of three (3) years’ driving experience. Ability to drive manual vehicles.
• Drive safely and follows the rules of the law and possesses a good and clean driving record.
• A current Police Clearance

Responsibilities


Fleet Management - Administrative
• Consult with prospective customers and turn leads into sales.
• Prepare all vehicles for rental ensuring that they meet the agreed QA/QC requirements as per standard identified in the company's SOPs.
• Ensure deposits are valid for the appropriate periods.
• Ensure that receivables when approved by management are within the agreed and established levels.
• Ensure and provide agreed reports within the agreed and established timeframe.
• Ensure that required and assigned training is up to date. Operational


New Assigned Leads
• Work with the marketing team on assigned clients to ensure that the agreed marketing plan is executed and achieved. Accident Management/Insurance Matters
• Act as a liaison between the rental company and the assigned clients in order to ensure that all accident matters are resolved according to the Insurance Policy, Accident and Claims Management System.
• Collaborating with the respective team/s in order to ensure that the Company's objectives are attained in Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) as well as compliance with those of the clients.
• Undertake assignments and perform other related duties as assigned.
