Office & Facility Cleaner

The Office & Facility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across JSB Investments’ headquarters. This role ensures that executive offices, meeting rooms, staff facilities, and common areas remain spotless and dust-free, directly contributing to a healthy, professional, and positive work environment that reflects our corporate values.

Facility Hygiene & Sanitization

Thoroughly clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors) multiple times a day for both office staff and field personnel.

Maintain the lunchroom/kitchenette area by cleaning countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, and sinks, ensuring a sanitary space for staff breaks.

Monitor, manage, and request replenishment of cleaning supplies (soaps, sanitizers, tissue, garbage bags) well before inventory runs low.

Office & Executive Suite Upkeep

Meticulously dust, wipe down, and sanitize office desks, computers, countertops, and office furniture daily—ensuring aggregate dust from the yard does not accumulate in executive spaces.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the main administrative building, reception area, and conference rooms.

Empty trash bins and recycling receptacles daily in all office spaces and ensure liners are replaced.

Keep windows, glass partitions, and doors clean and free of smudges.
