Description

SAB Group Inc. is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proactive Assistant to the Project & Marketing Manager to provide administrative, project coordination, and marketing support across the Group's various business divisions. The successful candidate will assist in managing projects, coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing reports, and ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative, project coordination, marketing, or related role.

  • Experience in construction, real estate, mining, or related industries would be an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Project & Marketing Manager.

  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist with the preparation of project proposals, presentations, reports, and business correspondence.

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Manage social media platforms and assist with content creation and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

  • Maintain accurate records of projects, marketing activities, and company documentation.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and client engagements.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and project documentation when required.

  • Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
