HSE Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our organization.

In this role, you will identify and manage workplace risks, conduct inspections and training, ensure compliance with safety regulations, investigate incidents, and ensure that we operate safely, comply with health and safety regulations, and minimize environmental risks. • Excellent communication and training skills.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Health, Safety and Environment management or a related field

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and environmental events, and prepare detailed reports.

• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.

• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports and documentation.

• Conduct audits and inspections of work sites, equipment and operational processes.

• Liaise with Managers, contractors, and other stakeholders on HSE matters when required.

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles.
