Description

The Admin / Marketing Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations while also supporting the execution of marketing and employer branding initiatives. This role combines strong organizational skills with creativity and communication ability to enhance both internal efficiency and external visibility of the company.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Prior experience in administration, marketing, or recruitment support is an advantage

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communications

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments

  • Support HR and recruitment administration processes as needed

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate basic office logistics

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and employer branding activities

  • Create content for social media platforms (posts, captions, basic graphics, job ads)

  • Manage and update company social media pages

  • Promote job vacancies across relevant platforms

  • Support the development of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, digital content)

  • Assist with events, career fairs, and school/university outreach initiatives

  • Track engagement and basic performance metrics for marketing activities
