Promotional Assistant, Full-time (3 month contract with possibility of renewal)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Promotional Assistants to support the launch of our client's new fast-food ordering and delivery app. This is a temporary, position lasting 3 months for the duration of the promotional campaign. The primary responsibility is to engage customers in-store, encourage them to download the app, assist them with registration, and guide them through completing their first transaction.

• Previous customer service experience.

•       Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.

•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•       Comfortable approaching and engaging customers.

•       Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

•        Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with store staff.

•       Reliable, punctual, and target driven.

•        Sales or promotional experience is an advantage but not required.

•        Actively engage customers visiting the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner.

•        Promote the features and benefits of the client's ordering and delivery app.

•        Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app using their smartphones.

•        Encourage and support customers in placing their first order through the app.

•        Answer basic questions about the app and its features.

•        Meet daily and weekly sign-up and transaction targets.

•       Accurately record app downloads, registrations, and completed transactions.

•        Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure a positive customer experience.

•        Always represent the company and client professionally.
