As an Imek Client Experience Specialist, you are the face of Imek Desserts. You are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and luxurious experience for every client while ensuring the boutique operates efficiently and professionally. Every interaction should reflect our commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and exceptional hospitality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for outstanding customer service and hospitality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, cafés, bakeries, or restaurants is an asset.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pastries, desserts, cakes, chocolates, and seasonal offerings.

Process in-store, WhatsApp, telephone, and online orders accurately.

Handle cash, card, and electronic payments while maintaining accurate records.

Package products beautifully to Imek's presentation standards.

Coordinate custom cake orders and communicate client requirements clearly to the production team.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked front-of-house.

Restock display cases and monitor product freshness using FIFO principles.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

Promote new products, seasonal collections, and special promotions.

Assist with inventory counts, receiving stock, and daily opening and closing procedures.

Maintain the highest standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
