We are seeking a reliable Control Room Assistant. The control room assistant is the hub of the company. As a key member of this unit, your role is central to the company. Your functions ensure proper client coverage, the wellness of deployed officers, and the protection of the company.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a security or related field preferred.
Proficiency in various security technologies and software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Responsibilities
Reliably keep connection between deployed officers and the control room.
Ensure there is proper client coverage.
Ensure the wellness of the deployed officers.
Ensure there is protection of the company.
