Factory Supervisor

The factory supervisor manages production crew, and ensures work runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule

5 CXC passes inclusive of Maths and English.

Prior background in the manufacturing industry would be an asset.

Strong team leadership, basic computer literacy, and familiarity with quality management or safety protocols.

Preferably living on the EBD

• Monitor factory workers and ensure work is be done accurately and according to company guidelines

• Assign daily tasks to factory workers

• Ensure workplace safety protocols are followed at all times

• Monitor factory workers to ensure tasks are done in a timely manner

• Any other duties assigned
