Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and assist with basic mobile phone and tech issues
Learn and perform device repairs and troubleshooting
Assist customers with phones, accessories, and tech products
Support sales and cashier operations when needed
Maintain clean and organized displays and work areas
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends
