Security Officer

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to enhance our security team. The successful candidate will help us maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment for guests, staff, and hotel property.

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred.

• Knowledge of Hotel Internal Security Systems

• Excellent observation and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

• Age range 35+

• Monitor entrances, public areas, and premises to deter unauthorized access and detect suspicious activity.

• Perform regular patrols and surveillance in accordance with hotel policy.

• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents or emergencies.

• Maintain detailed incident logs, security reports, and visitor logs.

• Collaborate with local authorities during security incidents, as necessary.

• Enforce hotel policies and procedures, especially related to guest and employee safety.

• Provide friendly and helpful directions or support to guests and staff when appropriate.
