Description
Toolsie Persaud Limited is looking to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the role of Sales Manager. This role reports directly to the Director and is responsible for leading a sales team to meet revenue targets and developing and executing sales strategies.
Requirements
- Qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of proven, successful experience in senior sales position
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in utilising Point of Sales System
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office primarily Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to motivate, incentivize and manage a team to achieve challenging goals.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth by meeting sales targets
- Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relations
- Understand the trends which shape the market and develop strategies to meet
market demands.
