Laborer

The Laborer is responsible for supporting the Lead – Rigging in the effective and efficient operations and maintenance of tower, pole, and antenna systems. This role assists with field activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

The position requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and capable of supporting operational teams across various job sites.

• High school diploma is an asset but not required.

• Previous experience in manual labor, construction, or a related field is preferred.

Working Conditions

• Role involves physically demanding tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, walking, bending, and carrying materials.

• Work is primarily field based with exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

• May require travel to various company locations.

• Requires use of tools, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned.

• Move, secure, install, load, and unload materials and equipment.

• Read and follow instructions, safety labels, and operational guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely task completion.
