We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships while consistently achieving company sales targets. You will work closely with other departments to streamline operations, optimize margins, and expand our market presence in Guyana.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, or a senior sales executive role.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis to track sales metrics.
Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of sales planning, budgeting, and market research.
Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives; set targets, prepare forecasts, budgets, and identify market trends.
Team Leadership & Supervision: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives; conduct regular meetings, and monitor individual and team performance against goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers, resolve escalated issues, and ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
Sales Operations & CRM: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to payment collection; monitor quotations, orders, and deliveries, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Business Development: Seek new customers and markets, build partnerships with contractors and key stakeholders, and conduct competitor analysis.
Reporting & Financial Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, analyze data to identify trends, monitor sales margins/profitability, and recommend corrective actions.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work with Operations for product availability, Accounts for credit/collections, and Marketing for promotional campaigns.
Compliance & Administration: Ensure company policy compliance, manage sales documentation/contracts, and promote ethical, professional conduct.
