The Accounts Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of Accounting, Bookkeeping and Financial tasks. Applicant MUST be based within the Vicinity of Georgetown or East Coast.
They will ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records and provide support to the Accountant as required.
Minimum of 5 subjects at C.X.C or equivalent diploma / degree
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
1-2 years in a similar capacity would be an asset.
Ability to compute accounting data
Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payments.
Maintain organized, accurate accounting records and filing systems.
Assist in petty cash management.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Enter financial data reports into accounting software and spreadsheets.
General administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing financial documents.
